Getting Permission for SRO

Until recently firms specialized in the sphere of construction and engineering had to have special license. Changes in the law cancelled this rule but it doesn’t mean that the sphere of construction was left absolutely without control. Now to continue business all construction organizations have to belong to SRO – Self-Regulatory Organization. For constructors this means renewal of permits.

Local government defines SRO as non-commercial organizations that were established to self-regulate their activity. SRO based on the principles of membership, which brings together entrepreneurs operating in a common economic sector, dealing with a certain profession or operating in the common market of works or services.

Законодательство все время подкидывает сюрпризы. То необходима была лицензия на строительство, теперь придумали СРО, для вступления в которые требуется собрать море документов. Всю разрешительную документацию, которая была раньше, хочешь не хочешь, но переоформляй. Так отвлекают все эти оформления! Теряешь и время, и нервы. Начал оформлять все сам — нереально: работу надо контролировать, нюансов в бумажках миллион, сам не разберешься. Поэтому обратился в «Право-Экспресс». Сейчас точно знаю, что не зря.
